Stay in the Safety Zone???

I could swear that on the way home from work tonight I saw a shiny new blue sign that said SAFETY ENFORCEMENT ZONE AHEAD. So now we enforce DUI laws seasonally and safety laws only in special zones? Odd, don't you think?
