OK, maybe it was a little presumptuous to suggest that Jesus himself would have approved of my driving advice. Well, guess what? No less an authority than the Vatican has issued a Ten Commandments for motorists that supports that notion very nicely. It begins with one of my favorite commandments: You shall not kill. Then it goes on to recommend courtesy, prudence, charity, responsibility and forgiveness. It specifically forbids doing mortal harm to others on the road, and use of cars as an expression of power and domination.
